Our Chef Adam Graybill lives in Council Bluffs and studied Culinary Arts at Iowa Western Community College. An incessant reader of recipe books, current publications on cooking, and articles on figures within the cooking world – Adam brings so many things to the kitchen.

   Originally brought on to be our Kitchen Manager, Adam quickly displayed a gift for constant refinement and improvements to the status quo. Roughly 1 year after being brought on board, the entire Kitchen was turned over to him – which is where the fun began.

   Adam is a fan of spice. In many cases, that’s a good thing – in some cases, it’s a surprising thing. Don’t get me wrong – Adam can be very masterful when it comes to delicately seasoning dishes but he can be equally demonic when working on one of is specials that include the word Diablo. I think you can get the picture.

   A scratch cook at heart, he brings his passion for food to our tables and if you can catch one of his Beer & Food Pairing Dinners – you’ll find his best on display. So pay us a visit and ask for the special. You’ll find that if it has Adam’s name on it – it’s sure to be a hit.
