Best of Show at 34th Schleswig Wine & Bier Contest!

Recently, the 34th annual Schleswig Wine & Bier Contest was held. The competition is geared primarily for homebrewers but there is also a commercial competition held on the first night of the event.

Nebraska Brewing Company is pleased to announce that for the 2nd year running, we've taken Best of Show in the Brewpub Competition!

There were a record 37 commercial entries in this year's competition with competitors from both Iowa and Nebraska.

Nebraska Brewing Company's Best of Show winner this year was the 2009 Fathead Barley Wine. A full description of this tremendous, barrel-aged beer can be found in our News Section here.
